*Iceberg Lettuce shredded (1 cup), *1/2 Medium Avocado diced *Fiber - Cucumber, peeled, 1/2 cucumber,diced **Kraft Miracle Whip, 2 tbsp *KRAFT Minute Rice (boil-in-bag) White Rice, 0.5 cup *Sauce - Soy Sauce - La Choy, 1 tbsp *America's Choice Wasabi Sandwich Sauce, 2 tsp *Asian Gourmet Imported Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp *Kong Yen Rice Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp *fresh ginger 1 tsp=2g, 1 tsp use a orange zester *Imitation Crab Meat, 1/2 cup shredded
Shred the imitation crab meat into a small mixing bowl. Peel and dice cucumber add to crab meat, dice avocado add to first two ingredients set aside. Cook rice according to package directions and allow to slightly cool. While rice cools prepare dressing in second small bowl. add miracle whip, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, zested ginger, wasbi sauce and stir with a small whisk.
Add rice to bowl containing Crab meat mixture. Pour dressing over mixture. Add in shredded ice berg lettuce and mix all ingredients together until coated well.
place in fridge and chill for 1 hour. Serve.
