Ingredients
1 tsp evoo1 lb grass fed beef1 med onion, chopped1 med red bell pepper, chopped3 minced garlic cloves Dash salt1 packet chili seasoning1 can rinsed black beans 1 can diced tomatoes1/2 cup frozen corn
Directions
Heat oil in large pot and cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Add tomatoes with juice, rinsed beans, seasoning, and a bit of water to desired thickness. Add salt and corn. Boil, reduce, and simmer.
