heat oil.
add bayleaf, clove, mustard seeds, jeera.
add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste(1 spoon), 1 tomato chopped.
add haldi, red pepper. cook for 2-3 mins
add potato and bellpeppers.
fry them
now add rice and water.
close the cooker. all one whistle to come. after one whistle, simmer the gas and wait for the 2nd whistle. after 2nd whitle close the gas and wait for it to cool down.
