Squash Casserole

Ingredients
5 sliced yellow squash3 eggs, beaten2 cups shredded cheese, I like colby blend3 tbsp light mayonnaise12 crushed saltine crackers1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
Directions
Boil the sliced squash until tender. Drain well. To the drained squash, add the remainder of the ingredients and stir well. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
