Ingredients
2 pounds yellow onions, sliced3 tsp better than boullion beef flavor in 3 cups of water0.5 c cooking sherry4 TBS butter1.5 tsp dried Thyme
Directions
Brown the onions in the butter till they are golden, approximately 1 hour. Add the rest of the ingredients, cook till hot.
