Multigrain Chia Waffles

Ingredients
1.5 cups Kefir3 Tbl oil/butter2 eggs0.5 cup oat flour0.5 cup rice flour0.5 cup wheat flour1 Tbl ground chia seeds1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1 tsp raw sugar0.25 tsp salt
Directions
Combine eggs, kefir, and oil/butter in a batter bowl. Whisk thoroughly. In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir dry mix into liquids. Whisk until smooth. Batter will seem gritty and fairly thick. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto greased, pre-heated waffle iron, lower lid of waffle iron and cook until no more steam, about 4 minutes.
