No Bake Oatmeal Protein Bites

Ingredients
1 cup quick dry oats2/3 cup coconut flakes1/2 cup almond butter1/2 cup chia or hemp or combo seeds1/2 cup dark chocolate chips 1/4 cup organic honey or maple syrup or sweetener of choice (I only use about half this amount, don’t like them too sweet) 1 tsp vanilla extractsub ingredients in and out such as cocoa nibs for choc chips...sesame or pumpkin seeds, dried berries...Instructions:Mix, chill and form into 24 bite size balls. Keep in fridge for up to one week.
