Ingredients
1 can Goya red or pink kidney beans, low sodium1/2 cup sofrito, frozen or homemade1/4 cup tomato sauce2 olives, chopped 1 clove of garlic, chopped1/4 cup of oinons, choppedsuazon ariyote packet,1 tsp. Adobo
Directions
1. Put all ingredients in a crock pot, slow cooker, or large sauce pot.
2. Bring to a slow boil, stirring constantly
3. Lower heat and continue to stir, sauce will thicken a little and beans will be tender when ready

    This is a very nice easy recipe and the beans were very flavorful. I used jarred sofrito but next time I plan to make it from scratch except the beans. I just used canned organic pinto beans. Very filling! Make a double batch, you'll want more! - 8/10/14
