Miso Salmon

3 tbsp. white miso1 tbsp. mirin8 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce1 tsp. canola oil4 - 6oz salmon fillets about 1 1/4 inch thick1 tsps. toasted sesame seeds1 scallion, green part only, thinly sliced8 cup broccoli steamed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Whisk miso, mirin and soy sauce in a small bowl until well blended and set aside.
Add oil to nonstick, ovenproof skillet over med high heat
Add salmon skin side up and coo9k till lightly browned, 2-3 mins.
Flip fish over and place skillet in oven; roast salmon until reaches desired degree of doneness, 6-8 mins.
Brush salmon with miso mixture; sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
Serve with 2 cups of steamed broccoli
