1 LB GROUND TURKEY1/2 CUP MUSHROOMS (CHOPPED)1 CUP BABY SPINACH STEMS REMOVED1 CAN DICED TOMATOES, W BASIL, GARLIC, OREGANO ( I USED ABOUT 3/4 OF THE CAN2 TSP OREGANO5 TSP GARLIC POWDERSALT TO TASTE2 TBSP parsely1 egg6 triskets crackers (crumbled)mix all ingredients together and place equal parts into cupcake pan, (mine were filled to the top) put in oven and bake 350 for around 40 mins depending on the heat of your oven
BAKE AT 350 FOR AROUND 40 MINS. ONCE DONE TOPE WITH A LITTLE KETCHUP ON EACH ONE AND BROIL AROUND 5 MINS.
