Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g, 55 gram(s) (remove)*PL-Flour (Almond Meal, Bob's Red Mill, Fine Ground - 1/4 C), 5.125 serving (remove)*Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour (1/4 cup), 0.125 cup (remove)Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp (remove)Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)Coconut milk - vitasoy, 0.25 cup (remove)3/4 cup of very warm water
mix all dry ingredients together beat in wet. Seperate into 6/7 circles. It will be sticky. Put each round od baking paper and put baking paper on top. Then flatten till about 1cm thick. Do not want too thin as will not roll will crack. Cook between the paper for around five minutes - do not overcook as will break. Makes nice crackers though if you do!
