2 small bananas1 tbsp of benefiber (tasteless additive).5 cup uncooked 100% whole grain oatmeal6 tbsp Whey Protein powder.5 cup ice
Directions
In smoothie blender (magic bullet works GREAT), mix all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and drink up!
