Flax, Maple, Peanut butter pancakes

Ingredients
4 Tbs Milled Flax Seed1/2 cup Egg Whites1 tsp Cinnamon1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Coconut Oil1 Tbs Maple Syrup2 Tbs Peanut Butter Powder
Directions
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix with a fork till lumps are gone, (less than a minute). Coat pan or griddle with cooking spray and heat using medium high. Pour on batter. Flip just a bubbles form. Cook for about 30 seconds more or until a light touch in center of the pancake springs back.
