Crab & Artichoke Casserole

Ingredients
2 - 8.5 oz cans artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)4 tbls. - shallots (chopped)4 tbls - green bell peppers (chopped)4 tbls - butter (salted)6 tbls - flour (white)1 cup - half and half2 tsp - powdered chicken stock1/2 tsp - seasoned salt1 lb - lump crab meat1/2 cup - sliced pimento olives
Directions
Cook onions and green peppers in butter until soft. Blend in the flour and slowly stir in the half & half. Add the chicken stock base. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens. Add salt. Bring the sauce to a boil. Add the artichoke hearts, crab and olives. Turn into a casserole dish (top with croutons - optional) and bake at 400 degrees until top is crisp and lightly brown. About 20 to 30 minutes.
