Chocolate pudding - chia seeds

1/3 cup chia seeds1/4 cup 100% cocoa1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk3 tblsps maple syrup, honey or agave1 tblsp vanilla (optional)dash of sea saltmix all ingredients well in a blender. pour into 4 dishes and chill for at least 3-5 hours, overnight if possible.
