Spinach Casserole (low cal/fat revised)

2 pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed2 egg whites 1/4 C egg substitute (equal to 1 egg)3 T flour1 T margarine (fat free or vegan/vegetarian)1 C milk (almond breeze unsweetened)1 sm onion, choppedsalt pepper
Squeeze the moisture out of the spinach and put it in a casserole dish. Mix the flour and milk separately, and pour over the spinach. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until completely combined. Cook at 375 for 30 minutes.
