Spicy Chese Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
1 box (4.6 oz) taco shells (12 shells)3 boneless skinless chicken bbreats (3/4 lb), cut into thin bite-size strips1 t grated ginger root2 T soy sauce1 T honey1 large green onion, sliced1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes1 1/2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Directions
If desired, heat taco shells as directed on the box.

Heat 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, ginger root and garlic; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently until lightly browned.

Stir in soy sauce, honey, onion and pepper flakes to coat. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink in the center.

To serve, place slightly less than 1/4 cup chicken mixture in each taco shell. op each with lettuce. Serve immediately.
