Tangy Cucumber Salad with Red Onions

1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced thin1/2 red onion, sliced4 Tbsp apple cider vinegar1 Tbsp honey2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder1 tsp Italian seasoning (clean with no hidden ingredients)
1. Peel and slice cucumber into thin slices.
2. Peel and slice onion.
3. Add to bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Let marinate as long as possible. Two hours is best.
6. Serve and enjoy!
