1/2 Cup of Pamela's Baking & Pancake Mix (Gluten Free)1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 Egg
Directions
*Sift Pancake Mix into a bowl - you'll have left over almond flecks. It's your choice to throw them away or throw it into the bowl
*Add (1) Egg
*Add (1) tbsp Olive Oil
*Add (1/2) cup of water
*Mix all ingredients together

Serving Size: 3-4 inch pancakes
