Baked Coconut Curry Cod

Ingredients
15. oz Cod (fish) 1 dash Salt 1.5 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can) 1 tbsp Ginger, ground 3 tsp A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste (by LISAG418)
Directions
heat oven to 400F salt(pepper) fillets
in saucepan medhigh heat coconut milk, ginger, curry paste, whisk till smooth.
pour thin layer in baking dish.place fillets.
pour over remaining sauce.
Bake 20 min- till opaque and flakes easily
cilantro and pepper optional
