Will's Vegetarian Quiche

1 cup Cauliflower, raw 1 grams Portabella Mushrooms 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw .5 cup Cheese, DF Daiya Mozzarella shreds 4 clove Garlic 1.5 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters) 1 serving Keebler Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust Salt/Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 450. Meanwhile, add the vegetables and cheese to the pie crust. Add enough egg beaters, should take about a cup. Deeper pie crusts may require a little more. Sprinkle paprika over top as garnish. Bake for about 20 minutes or until quiche gels. Stick a toothpick to test. If it comes out still moist, let bake a little longer.
