Ground Turkey (1 - 1.5 lbs)Mexican Velveeta - 8 ozChilli Man with Beans (1 can)Red Kidney Beans (1 can)tomato sauce (1 small can)Green pepper - 1 choppedOnion - 1 choppedTomato - 1 dicedGreen Onions totillas - 8
Brown ground turkey, add chilli, mexican velveeta, beans, tomato sauce, chopped onions and chopped pepper. Cook on stovetop until cheese is fully melted.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Fill 8" tortilla shells with approx 1/10th of mixture. Fill 8 shells total. Pour remainder of mixture over top. Cover - bake 20 minutes. Uncover and bake remainder 20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped tomato and green onions
