1 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz .25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .25 cup, sliced Sweet peppers (bell) 1.0 cup Cooked Kale 3 leaf, large Bib Lettuce .25 cup, chopped Scallions, raw 1 serving Sea Salt .2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 serving Poultry Seasoning
Directions
season chicken breast and back or pan fry with cooking spray
add vegetables
once dune, spread on lettuce leaf
Can be rolled up and eaten like a fajita
