Chicken Gyro Salad

10 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted or grilled2 cucumber (8-1/4") (with peel) 1 small onion, sweet, raw 2 tbsp chopped Fresh Chives 1 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp fresh mint 2 T sprigs Dill weed, fresh 4 oz. Daisy Light Sour Cream 6 oz. Greek yogurt Fage, plain, 0% fat 1/4 tsp Salt 1/3 tsp Pepper, black
Grill the chicken, let cool and chop or slice.
Make noodles out of cucumber with a spiralizer, or cut as desired.
Diced up onions, garlic, chives, mint, and dill, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours.
