Vegetarian Chinese Dumplings

Ingredients
5 serving wanton wrapper (1 wrapper) (by G_TREE) 1 tsp chopped Fresh Chives .5 cup Tofu, firm .25 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh .5 tsp Ginger Root .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .25 1tsp Sesame Oil
Directions
Mix chopped ingredients together with the tofu, mashing it. Place a wrapper on the table, wetting the edges. Spoon 1/5 of mash into the center. fold the wrapper over sealing all edges. Spray steamer pan to prevent sticking. Steam for 10 - 12 minutes. Place aside to cool. Be careful, very hot.
