Cornflake double dipped chicken tenders

Ingredients
.15 cup Milk, 1% (pour about 1/3 of a cup, but will only use about 1/2 of it).75 cup Flour, white (pour about 1 cup, but will only use about 3/4 of it)1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Paprika 1 dash Pepper, black 0.25 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA) 12 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast 4 tbsp Canola Oil 1.75 cup Cornflake Crumbs (by OKANOG) (pour about 2 cups but will only use about 1 3/4 cups)1 medium Egg, fresh, whole, raw (mix 2, but will only use about 1/2 of the eggs)
Directions
Cut chicken Brest into 12 (1 oz) strips
Sprinkle with seasonings
Pour milk, flour and crumbs into 3 different shallow dishes, mix eggs in another shallow dish
Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat
Dip chicken, one at a time, in milk, dredge in flour, sip in egg, and dredge in cornflakes
Place in hot oil, carefully
Cook until golden brown on both sides, only takes a few minutes on each side
