1.5 cup Wheat bran, crude 1 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original .25 cup Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar .5 cup Oats, Quaker 1 cup (not packed) Raisins 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder
Soak 1.5 cups wheat bran, 1 cup 60 cal almond milk.
In a separate bowl mix 1/4 butter, 1/4 cup applesauce, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 egg, 1 cup brown sugar, 3 grated carrots, 1/2 cup granola or oats, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tsp baking soda & powder, dash of cinnamon, dash of nutmeg, dash of ground cloves, dash of all spice. Baked at 375 for 12 mins.
