Ingredients
2 clove Garlic 1 small Onions, raw 3 medium Zucchini, baby 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1.5 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Vegetable Broth, 1 cup
Directions
Chop onions & garlic, saut� in olive oil. Add zucchini & saut� until bright, about 2 mins. Add stock & simmer until zucchini is tender. Blend until smooth.
