Andi's slow cooker black beans

Ingredients
1 lb bag of black beans1 lb of grilled pork tenderloin1 large carrot1 stalk of celery1 onion3 cloves of garlic1 bell pepper any color1 tbl chili powder2 bay leaves1 tsp cumin3 cups of chicken stock
Directions
Soak blacks beans overnight. Drain out water. Place in slow cooker with the remaining ingredients. Make sure chicken stock covers the beans. Allow to cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve with tortillas or quesadillas. Makes 8 servings.
