Ingredients
Bottom beef round, Beef broth/stock, garlic, tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, olive oil and basic seasonings.
Directions
Makes 10 1-cup servings. Heat olive oil. Cook beef, onions, and garlic until almost done. Add tomatoes and beef broth. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add all other ingredients except cabbage. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add cabbage and simmer for additional 5-10 minutes (or until soft). Serve.
