Flax Meal Bread

Ingredients
2 cups Flaxseed meal/ground5 Eggs½ cup Water⅓ cup Butter, melted1 tbsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt
Directions
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200ºC degrees.
2. Grease a bread tin with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper.
3. Whisk the eggs until light and frothy.
4. Add the butter and water and mix well.
5. Add the flax and salt and mix well.
6. Put the mixture into the loaf tin and bake for 40-50 mins until firm.
7. Eat and enjoy!
