0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 32 oz Tilapia filet 0.25 cup Lemon juice 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1.5 cup Tomato Sauce 0.5 cup Parsley 2 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Canola Oil 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style
Pour 1 Tbsp oil in large baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 c bread crumbs. Arrange fish in single layer; sprinkle with lemon juice and oregano. Combine tomato sauce, parsley, garlic, 1 Tbsp oil, & pepper; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with 1/4 c crumbs. Bake uncovered, 350F, 30-40 min until fish flakes easily with fork.
