1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1.5 fl oz Water, tap 4 tsp Garlic
Microwave cauliflower with water for 8-10 minutes or until tender. Place cauliflower, minced fresh garlic and butter in a food processor. Add salt, pepper and onion powder to taste. Pulse until contents are mostly smooth and scrape the sides as needed. Serve immediately,
