4Cans Bush's Best Cannellini Beans - White Kidney Beans2 tbsp Chicken bouillon soup base (by TURNERPA) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 tbsp Coconut Oil 2 large Onions, raw 2 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 4 serving pablano pepper 1 large (by IAMBIZI) 8 clove Garlic 1.25tbsp tsp Cumin seed 1 tbsp Coriander seed 2 tbsp Chili powder 1.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen 2 lime yields Lime Juice 8 tbsp Parsley, dried 24.24 oz Rotissirie chicken (Costco deboned, without skin)
melt coconut in large stock pot, add peppers and onions, saute 5 min.
add spices and let toast for 1 min
add garlic, saute for 1 min,
add 4C water
puree 2 cans of beans in 4C of water with chicken base, add to pot
add corn, lime juice and parsley.
bring to simmer and simmer for 15 min to mingle flavors.
