0.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 0.5 tsp Great Value Iodized Salt (by VCRUSHFAN) 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 0.333 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 0.333 cup Canola Oil
Toast oats on baking sheet in 375F oven, ~8 min. Transfer to food processor; pulse. Add flour, baking powder, salt, & pepper. Process until oats are finely ground. Whisk together milk and oil. Mix in dry ingredients to form dough. Press down evenly over bottom and up sides of pie plate or tart dish. Bake at 375F for 15 min.
