Family Friendly Taco Salad

Ingredients
20 oz 90% Lean Ground Beef/Ground Sirloin 1 packet Taco Seasoning (low sodium will reduce the sodium in this recipe significantly)One head of Iceberg Lettuce, chopped1 can Goya Black Beans 1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese Garden Fresh Gourmet Salsa, your choice of mild to hotAbout 2 servings Tortilla Chips, roughly crumbled
Directions
Brown beef and season per taco seasoning packet instructions.
Chop iceberg lettuce into salad size pieces.
Drain and rinse black beans. Add a tbsp. of salsa to the beans and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Layer the salad in this order:
Lettuce
Beef
Beans
Shredded Cheese
Salsa (about 3 tbsp per serving)
1/4 of the crumbled chips per individual salad

Serving Size: Should make about four salads, or make in one large bowl for folks to spoon out.
