0.25 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers) 0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh .5 clove Garlic .25 cup Cooked Onion 3 tbsp taco seasoning 1 tbsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 serving sea salt 5 serving Fresh 'N Easy Green Leaf Blend (by LISALEESE) 1 cup Cabbage, boiled 4 serving 94% Lean Ground Beef Maverick Ranch (by CPATRIARCA)
Brown meat, adding seasoning to taste. Chop cabbage, peppers, garlic, and onion and add to meat. Simmer until vegetables are tender and the mixture is cooked to desired taste and texture. Place lettuce on plate and spoon taco mixture on top. Roll up like a taco or borrito.
