Real Sicilian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
Canned Tomatoes, 8 cup Tomato Sauce, 4 cup Ground beef, lean, 24 oz Ground Pork, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw m Veal, ground, 1 unit, cooked (yield from 1 lb raw Garlic, 3 cloves Basil, 4 tbsp 1.5 medium white onions
Directions
This recipe is the gift that keeps on giving. Make a HUYOOGE batch and save in the freezer in containers appropriate to family size and occasion.

add 2 tbsp oil to large fry pan. Cook onions and garlic until onions are opaque. Add all meats. Cook until rawness is gone. Drain fat and put it back in the pan. Brown until crispy. By crispy, I mean you think it might be burning. Just keep pushing it around with a spatula.
In a large pot, add tomoato sauce. Put whole tomatoes in a blender and blend until mostly smooth. You can add the basil to the blender as well..saves chop time. Add to the large pot.
Add themeat mixture to the pot as well. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
