cook lean ground beef in a medium skillet on low heat. when meat starts to turn brown add the corn, salsa and green beans. when meat is thoroughly cooked along with the other ingredients take the dish off the stove. garnish your salsa with cheese and sour cream. Eat with multi grain chips and enjoy!
