1/3 c. raw cashews, unsalted1 package (349 gm) mori nu extra firm tofu1/4 c. maple syrup1 T fresh squeezed lemon juice1/4 t. salt1 t. pure vanilla extract
Place cashews in food processor & grind as finely as possible. Add remaining ingredients, except for vanilla extract & process until smooth. Add vanilla extract & process. Chill in refrigerator.
