Pasta with Ricotta

Ingredients
1 fruit without seeds Lemons .25 pepper Hot Chili Peppers 3 tbsp mint leave (by JAKADAM) 250 grams Ricotta Cheese, whole milk 1.5 cup Spaghetti, cooked without added salt (pasta) ==============================================300g spaghetti250 grams of ricotta cheese1 lemon, zesteda few leaves of mint, choppeda pinch of chili powder
Directions
Cook the spaghetti , meanwhile in a bowl to serve the pasta with, mix the ricotta with 2 tbsp of the pasta's cooking water. .
Add the lemon zest , chopped mint and a pinch of red pepper . Mix well and notice ricotta becomes creamy. .
Drain the pasta , put it in the bowl , mix well together and serve immediately
