Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup Arrowroot flour 1 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv (by PROVERBS31JULIA) 1 tbsp ^ Coconut flour - 1 tablespoon - 62.5 (by SCRAPPYMELLA) 1 dash Salt
Directions
Stir all ingredients together. Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. water to think out. Pour a third of the batter onto a non stick or lightly sprayed pan and cook on medium high for one minute, until the colour changes in the middle of the circle. The edges may curl up a little. Flip and cook on the other side. Store in an airtight container (ziplock bag) when completely cooled.
