Chicken:1 lb boneless chicken, cut into cubes2 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce (or Dale's Reduced Sodium)1 tsp. Paprika1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb1/4 cup onion1/4 cup carrotRice:1 cup uncooked brown rice2 cups water3 tbsp. sodium-free beef bouillon1 tbsp. Kikkoman Lite Soy SauceStir Fry:1 Eggland Best Egg1/2 cup green peas
Cook rice until done (45-50 mins for brown rice)
Brown chicken with sauce, paprika, onion, and carrots while the rice is cooking
Rinse peas under warm water
Stir fry chicken and rice with remaining ingredients
