Unstuffed Bell Peppers

Ingredients
2 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper .75 cup Brown Rice, long grain 1 serving Organic Ground Beef Calories in Family Farms Organic Ground Beef (whole package = 16oz) (by ACTHAD) 2 serving Average Roma Tomato (by RUCGIEB) .5 serving sweet yellow onion, raw (1 medium onion) (by COUNTRYCITYMIX) 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce - Muir Glen Organic Italian Herb (by OMALLEYC) 1 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
Directions
Brown ground beef with chopped onions. Add peppers, tomatoes (chunked) uncooked rice, beef broth and spaghetti sauce to the mixture. Set the pressure cooker to 70 and cook for 30 minutes. (Could also be cooked on the stovetop, but it would take longer).
