Skillet Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef4 oz of whole wheat pasta1 medium onion1 can of diced tomato1 cup shreaded cheeseitalian seasoningsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
brown ground meat in a large skillet
boil pasta

drain and blot ground meat once browned

add groud meat back into the skillet, with diced tomatos (drained), half of the onion chopped, italian seasoning and salt/pepper

Cook over medium heat until all of the flavors have melded and pasta is very al dente

Add pasta to skillet and stir, then stir in the cheese and the remaining chopped onion

Stir until cheese is melted throughout the pasta

Makes 4 servings
