Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tsp Bulgar, 1 cup-dryStewed Tomatoes, 14 oz. canTomato sauce .25c. Water, , 1 cup Green Olives, 0.25 c.-choppedCelery, raw, 0.5 cup, diced Scallions, 0.25 cup, chopped
Directions
Saute bulgar for a couple of minutes. Add tomatoes and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes til water evaporates. Add celery , olives and scallions and cook for a couple of minutes longer. Add salt and pepper to taste.
