Indian style naan (nan) bread

Ingredients
250 g Plain white flour (UK) 2 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Baking Powder 120 grams Yogurt, plain, low fat + milk to texture2 tbsp Sunflower Oil
Directions
Mix all the ingredients, then knead into an elastics dough. Leave to rise.
Divide into 8 even (ish) balls. Shape each into a tear drop (if you can, it is not essential) then roll out very thin maybe 2-4mm.

Heat the grill up (this is the toasted grill - heated element or flames above).

cover the grill pan in aluminum foil, cook breads under grill, give room for them balloon up.

Turn them over half way through

Serve and eat with the curry of your choice
