Chili Con Carne

Ingredients
2 lb 90% Lean Ground Beef4 c chopped Onions3 c chopped Green Bell Pepper 4 cloves Garlic, crushed5-14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes 1-28 oz can Tomato Sauce 3-15.5 oz cans Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed1-15.5 oz can Black Beans, drained & rinsed3 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp dried Basil 1 tsp ground Cumin seed 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp black Pepper
Directions
Cook ground beef, onions, green peppers, and garlic until meat is browned. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, and seasonings. Bring to boiling; cover and reduce heat. Simmer ~20 min. Can be served over rice.
