Chicken Pizziaola Supreme

Ingredients
16 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast Italian herb blend, to taste1 cup Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange) 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup Mushrooms, canned16 slices Turkey Pepperoni.5 cup Black Olives - Sliced1 cup, chopped Onions 1 Cup shredded part-skim Mozzerella Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap or in a plastic zip top bag.

Pound with a meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/2" thick.

Place flattened chicken breasts into a glass baking dish.

Sprinkle with Italian herb blend.

Cover each chicken breast with 1/4 cup tomato sauce.

Distribute the rest of the toppings evenly on top of each flattened chicken breast.

Cover each "pile" of toppings with 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese.

Bake until chicken is done, 30-40 minutes.

Serving Size: 4 Servings - 1 covered breast each.
