Curried Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
800 gram(s) Pumpkin, raw, diced 4 serving Chefs' Cupboard Reduced Salt Chicken Simply Stock - 250ml. 2 serving Aldi Gardenland frozen chopped onion 2 tsp Turmeric, ground 4 tsp Aldi Minced Garlic (by MSTONYA610) 1 tbsp Curry powder 6 gram(s) Vegetable Stock Vegeta Gourmet Stock Powder (3g=1tsp) (by JENNYAU) 7 serving Aldi Asia Specialities Lite coconut Cream- 7 serves/can.
Directions
Add all ingredients BUT coconut cream to slow cooker, stirring to combine. Turn to high and allow to cook until onions are transparent and pumpkin is soft. Blend/mash, then add coconut cream and ensure it is mixed well through soup.
